Covid Safety Protocols

Health & Safety Policies :

  • Masks will be required for everyone entering the classes from the ages of 3 years old and up.  This includes students (3+), parents/caregivers, and all StrengthFlex Athletics staff.

  • We ask that all students and staff practice regular hand hygiene

  • Class times will be staggered in order to alleviate crowding during drop-off and pick-up times

  • The former lobby areas will be used to facilitate drop-off and pick-up procedures.  Unfortunately we will not have space allocated as a “waiting area” inside the gym at this time in order to minimize traffic and capacity

StrengthFlex Athletics is requiring Covid-19 vaccines for all staff members, students aged 12 years and older, and adults in the facility for caregiver participation classes.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up :

  • Athletes should come dressed for class/workouts and bring only essential items including a personal water bottle labeled with child’s name

  • For the time being, our classes are drop-off only, with the exception of parent/guardian participation classes.  We understand some students may need a little extra help getting into class and this will be accommodated as long as we are able to safely keep social distance.

  • We ask that parents and caregivers return to the gym for pick-up 5 minutes prior to the end of class to alleviate crowding during our class transitions

We continue to be thankful for you and your families for sticking with us!  We will continually strive to do all that we can to keep your children safe and happy.

Do’s

  1. Before you touch any object or eat something, make sure you wash your hands with soap and water properly. This will help in killing the germs of Coronavirus and prevent them from infecting you.

  2. Always wear a mask if you are outside or with someone. Wearing a mask ensures the safety of yours and the person next to you. Although, wearing double masks can be beneficial.

  3. Maintain social distancing of at least 1m from others. This will help you stay unaffected by the Coronavirus and ensure the safety of others.

  4. Always keep an alcohol-based sanitizer with you all the time. Using sanitizers helps to wipe out the harmful germs of Coronavirus.

  5. Try to go outside only in emergencies. This will help you to break the chain of Coronavirus and keep others safe and healthier.

Don’ts

  1. If you want to stay unaffected by Coronavirus, then try to avoid eating food outside. Eating outside can make you fall sick or can put you even in vulnerable situations.

  2. Never touch your face or nose if you haven’t washed your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Don’t step outside unless you have used a sanitizer.

  3. Never step outside without a face mask. If you go outside without a mask, there are possibilities that you will fall sick.

  4. Don’t touch opened items or surfaces with your bare hands. Doing so can affect you and your family, as many have touched them already.

  5. Avoid going to malls, conventions, and any other crowded place. Doing the same can severely affect you and the other person.
